Service Description
A welcoming, feel-good class designed for our 50+ community... beginners and experienced, all levels welcome. This class blends mindful movement, gentle strength, balance, stability and mobility with breath-led pacing and plenty of space to move at your own rhythm and a space to learn! Less about pushing. More about staying strong, steady, and connected. Both Hatha and Vinyasa style's practiced.

Waiver Required & Late Cancellation Policy You must agree to our waiver at checkout before joining any class or event. Your safety is sacred. To cancel or reschedule, please do this at least 7 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee of $11 as you will not be able to make these changes on your own.
