About the event
Join Cassandra for a Winter Solstice ritual inspired by the darkest point of the year and the slow return of the light. Through grounding movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and seasonal ritual, we’ll create space to acknowledge what this year has held, release what doesn’t need to follow us forward, and plant intentions for what we want to grow when the light returns.
This isn’t New Year, new you energy.
It’s remember who the hell you are energy.
Expect a little movement, a little magic, a little reflection, and plenty of permission to simply be.
