Join The Velvet Mat for an evening of movement, music, and magic at Spa Beach on the St. Pete Pier. As the sun melts into the water, you’ll be guided through a feel-good, all-levels movement experience blending yoga, somatic flow, and intuitive movement (even a little dancing!) set to live acoustic music by Chris McCarty.

We’ll begin with gentle, energizing movement to shake off the day… then ease into a dreamy second half with grounded, slow movement and poses to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and soak in the sunset vibes.

This is a chance to slow down, connect to your surroundings, and move in a way that feels good in your body. We’ll close with an extended guided meditation as the sky shifts and the city…
