Welcome to the dark side, darling. 🖤We recommend starting with Slow Flow, Yin, Hatha or one of our VinYin hybrid classes.Slow Flow gives you time to explore movement and get comfortable with the poses. Yin is perfect for slowing down, stretching, and finding a little peace. Vinyasa offers a flowing practice with options for different experience levels. Hatha is great for beginners learning the foundations or anyone craving a slower, more intentional practice without sacrificing strength.

Our teachers offer options to help you move at your own level. And it's fun to learn something new! Come exactly as you are. The magic starts there. ✨

Whatever makes you feel comfortable moving!Leggings, shorts, tanks, T-shirts, rock band tees, stretchy jorts ... we don't judge.Wear something you can stretch and move in, bring water, and prepare to practice barefoot. Yoga socks with grips are a good idea, too.No fancy yoga wardrobe required. Just bring yourself.
