Rock’n Flow Yoga & Bandingo

Dress up in your best 80's hair band gear (Halloween isn’t the only time to dress up) or throw on your favorite band tee and join us for an epic 80's Hair Band-themed yoga class, "Rock'n Flow!"—where high energy meets high flexibility! This isn’t your typical yoga class; it’s a totally rad, rock-infused beginner friendly flow that’ll have you stretching and rock’n to the best hair metal anthems of the '80s. 

Whether you're a yoga pro or just looking to jam out while you stretch, this class is for all levels.

And don’t go anywhere after class, because we’re cranking up the fun with Bandingo—the rockin’ music-themed bingo game! It’s the ultimate way to keep the hair band vibes alive and score some epic prizes!

What’s in it for you? With your donation for class (pay what you want!), you’ll score a pair of tickets to a show of your choice at OCC Road House.
