Start your Sunday with a perfect blend of relaxation, self-care, and local culture at Rooted in History, a monthly yoga series held at the St. Petersburg Museum of History. This all-levels yoga class invites you to stretch, breathe, and find balance while connecting to the vibrant history and beauty of our city by the bay.
Led by expert instructors from Beach Town Yoga, each session is designed to nurture both your body and mind. Flow through poses that promote strength and flexibility, while enjoying the calming atmosphere of the museum’s historic surroundings and beautiful bay views from the St. Pete Pier.
After class, take time to explore the museum’s exhibits, where your ticket includes admission for a deeper dive into the stories and heritage that shape St. Petersburg.
