A heart-melting first-Sunday ritual in St. Pete. Join The Velvet Mat for a 60-minute, all-levels-friendly yoga class surrounded by adoptable pups from the Humane Society of Pinellas. This is more than yoga... it’s community, connection, and a chance to help animals in need while getting your weekly dose of joy.
Expect a playful flow, grounding breathwork, and spontaneous puppy interruptions and hands on assists (the best kind).
