Touch is one of the most powerful tools a yoga teacher can use, when it’s offered with skill, consent, and intention.
The Art of Touch is a 10-hour Hands-On Assists Immersion designed for yoga teachers who want to assist with confidence, clarity, and care. This training goes beyond memorized adjustments and dives into how, when, and why to offer hands-on support—while honoring student agency, nervous systems, and real bodies.
Through a blend of anatomy-informed technique, trauma-aware consent practices, energetic awareness, and plenty of hands-on practice, you’ll learn to offer assists that feel grounded, supportive, and empowering, not awkward or performative.
This immersion is spacious, practical, and highly experiential. You’ll practice assisting real humans, explore hands-on and hands-off options, refine your language, and walk away with tools you can confidently bring into any class setting.
This training includes 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and is open to certified yoga teachers
