Welcome to The Velvet Mat University! It's an Underground Movement.
This 100-Hour Teacher Training isn’t your typical “here’s more info” yoga training, it’s a skill upgrade and a teacher glow-up.
It’s for yoga teachers who are ready to teach with more clarity, confidence, and actual command… not just more poses. We’re going deep into what makes a class land: cueing mastery (voice, nervous system, and precision), advanced sequencing that’s creative and usable, and the art of holding space in a way that’s ethical, grounded, and real.
But here’s the difference: this training is high-touch. You’re not getting lost in the crowd. You’re working directly with one of the lead teachers with 1:1 support built in to sharpen what you already do well and elevate the parts that feel shaky. Everyone has a different teaching “wheelhouse,” and this training is designed to meet you there.
