Underground Unplugged: Holiday Cello edition

Join Crystal Kage with our talented Cello local musician Liz once again in the Underground! Step away from the holiday noise and come underground for a special Holiday Cello edition of Underground Unplugged.

This all-levels live music yoga experience pairs a slow, grounding flow with the deep, cinematic sound of live cello.

Expect spacious movement, gentle standing sequences, long stretches, and an extra-luxurious savasana while familiar seasonal sounds are reimagined through cello.

Think less holiday hustle, more candlelight, warmth, stillness, and that moment when the whole room gets quiet enough to actually feel something.

There will be opportunities to close your eyes, soften your gaze, and simply let the music move through you.

Part of our Underground Unplugged series celebrating live artists, local community, and the magic that happens when music and movement share the same room.
