About the event
Join Crystal Kage with our talented Saxaphone local musician Zeta for the FIRST TIME in the Underground! Our final Underground Unplugged session of the year is here and we’re closing things out with something extra special.
Join us for a candlelit, all-levels yoga experience featuring the smooth, soulful sounds of Zeta the Babe & Betty the Saxophone.
This hour is your chance to step away from the shopping lists, parties, travel plans, family plans, and everything December is already asking of you.
We’ll slow it all down.
Expect grounding movement, an easy flowing standing sequence, deep stretches, moments to close your eyes and simply listen, and a long savasana carried by live saxophone.
Come reset your nervous system, clear your head, and set yourself up to move through the rest of the season a little more intentionally.
