About the event
Join Chas for a slow, intentional flow set to the live sound of violinist Sienna Kinney - an intimate, one-of-a-kind experience created exclusively for the Underground.
Underground Unplugged returns with a special spooky-season edition featuring live violin inside The Velvet Mat.
Expect a slow, atmospheric all-levels yoga flow set entirely to live music. Think moody, haunting, beautiful, and just a little eerie.
We’ll move through grounding stretches, a steady standing flow, deep floor work, and a long savasana while the violin fills our underground space.
There will be moments to close your eyes, soften your gaze, and let yourself get completely lost in the sound.
No complicated choreography. No pressure. Just movement, music, candlelight energy, and one unforgettable hour underground.
