Meet your feel-good, fur-friendly Sunday reset. Join The Velvet Mat for a monthly, all-levels, beginner-friendly yoga class at Pinellas Ale Works (PAW) Brewery. This easygoing, music-driven flow is designed to help you breathe deeper, move better, and soak up community vibes with the option to bring your well-behaved pup along for the ride.
We practice in PAW’s dedicated event space with large garage doors, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor flow (sunshine when we want it, shade when we need it). After class, stick around to clink glasses and enjoy discounted beverages with your humans and furry friends.
