Expect a 60-minute, all-levels, beginner-friendly flow set to feel-good, party-ready music playful, sweaty, and inclusive AF.
Couples, singles, besties, situationships, and self-love dates all welcome.
Optional partner moments, zero pressure, maximum joy. When the mats roll up, the party keeps going with drink specials and dance-floor energy.
