As the new moon phase darkens the sky, we’ll gather on the rooftop of Station House for a ritual of movement, stillness, and renewal. This month’s New Moon VinYin class aligns with the Fall Equinox, a sacred time of balance between light and dark, day and night.
Through a grounding VinYin practice (half flow, half yin), we’ll honor this seasonal shift as both a cosmic reset and a moment to align with nature’s rhythm. The equinox invites us to reflect on what we’ve harvested, release what no longer serves, and plant seeds for what we want to grow as we move into the darker half of the year.
