Our signature flow and the heartbeat of the Underground. This vinyasa class blends a series of poses moving through strength, stability, mobility and breath with options for every body and experience level. If it’s your first class or your hundredth, this is where movement meets magic.

Waiver Required & Late Cancellation Policy You must agree to our waiver at checkout before joining any class or event. Your safety is sacred. To cancel or reschedule, please do this at least 7 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee of $11 as you will not be able to make these changes on your own.
