A welcoming, feel-good class designed for our 50+ community... beginners and experienced, all levels welcome. This Hatha-style class blends mindful movement, gentle strength, balance, stability and mobility with breath-led pacing and plenty of space to move at your own rhythm and a space to learn! Less about pushing. More about staying strong, steady, and connected.
