A Sunday evening ritual to move, melt, meditate, and manifest your way into the week ahead. Reverence & Ritual is an all-levels slower practice designed for your Sunday night reset. Built around four parts: Move, Melt, Meditate, Manifest. This class begins with intentional movement, softens into restorative holds, and closes with meditation, breath work, and a weekly journal prompt. Each week offers a new theme to help you check in, release what doesn’t need to come with you, and decide what deserves your energy in the week ahead.
