Service Description
Roll, release, and move. This class blends self-myofascial release (SMR), trigger point work using a lacrosse ball or foam roller, and yoga-based movement to help release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery, all while building a little heat along the way. What to expect: A hybrid of SMR and trigger point therapy paired with intentional yoga movement. We’ll roll through tight spots, ease muscle tension (hello hips, back, and shoulders!), then move it out so your body can integrate the release and actually feel the difference. Yes… you’ll need to grab your balls.
