Metallica theme night is coming the Underground with Crystal Kage, and we are turning the volume all the way up. Join us for an all-levels flow that feels powerful set to the legendary riffs, grit, and full-body energy of Metallica. Expect strong and slow movement, deep breath, sweat, and that signature Velvet Mat edge that is welcoming, rebellious, and way cooler than your typical yoga class. No perfect poses required. No quiet little box to fit into. Just you, the music, the mat, and the kind of energy that reminds you why movement can feel like release.
