Service Description
The best of both worlds. This class begins with a slow vinyasa style flow moving through a series of yoga poses to build a little heat and momentum followed by longer, supported stretches and poses using props to help you fully unwind and sometimes, we end with a little sound bowl for a full experience. A midweek reset designed to support and complement your other workouts, activities and lifestyle. All levels welcome!

To cancel or reschedule, please do this at least 7 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee of $11 as you will not be able to make these changes on your own.
