Winter Soulstice is a dreamy 90-minute evening of movement, deep rest, and sound designed to help you soften out of holiday chaos and back into yourself. Grace will guide you through a soulful all-levels flow before slowing everything down with restorative postures, longer holds, breath, and stillness. Then settle all the way in for an immersive sound bath; no performing, no pushing, nowhere else you need to be. Just move. Melt. Receive. Part yoga class, part nervous-system reset, part winter exhale.
