This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the present moment. Come find rest and renewal within the surrender of yin yoga, the anchoring power of breath work, and a curated soothing playlist. Each element of this class has been thoughtfully woven together to support your whole being. Yin postures open the connective tissue and quiet the nervous system. Grounding breath work clears stagnant energy and draws your awareness inward. No experience is necessary. This space is open to all who feel called to it.
